At the conclusion of every sprint, the incubator transforms into a battleground of innovation. Tech squads undergo a rigorous 48-hour Continuous Build Challenge, engineering live software to solve local economic problems.
The incubator culminates in the Grand Demo Day, where these teenagers step onto the main stage to pitch their live apps and solutions to a high-profile jury of real-world tech leaders/founders, bank executives, and ecosystem leaders.
They don't just graduate with a certificate. They graduate with a live portfolio, seed funding for the winning squad, and the mindset of a tech CEO.
