Welcome to the Generation-Z Tech Accelerator Ltd (RC No: 9604519). By enrolling your ward/student into our program, you (the Parent/Guardian) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Payment Policy
Onboarding fees: Our services are completely tuition-free; however, students are expected to pay an onboarding fee of 20,000 NGN only to be onboarded in a tech squad. All payments must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the cohort.
Refund Policy: Due to the highly limited capacity of our cohorts and the upfront costs of deploying our Mobile Tech Labs, all onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable.
2. Equipment and Infrastructure Liability
The Accelerator provides access to premium hardware, including high-performance laptops, 5G enterprise routers, and portable power stations (the"Mobile Tech Lab").
While normal wear and tear are expected, Parents/Guardians assume full financial liability for any deliberate, malicious, or grossly negligent damage caused to the hardware by their ward.
3. Media and Marketing Release
The Accelerator heavily documents its bootcamps, sprints, and the Grand Demo Day for corporate reporting, PR, and sponsorship purposes.
By enrolling your ward, you grant Generation-Z Tech Accelerator Ltd (RC No: 9604519) a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your ward's name, image, likeness, and video footage in our digital marketing, website copy, and corporate sponsorship matrices.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Student Ownership: We believe in building founders. Therefore, any software, app, or UI/UX design created by the student during the Hackathon remains the intellectual property of the student and their respective Tech Squad.
Accelerator License: The Accelerator retains an irrevocable, royalty-free license to showcase, feature, and display the students' projects, code, and pitches for promotional and portfolio purposes.
5. Program Modification and Termination
The Accelerator reserves the right to adjust the 4-week sprint curriculum or substitute technical facilitators to maintain the highest quality of education.
The Accelerator reserves the right to immediately terminate a student's enrollment — without refund — if the student violates the Student Code of Conduct or poses a disruption to the incubator ecosystem.
